All patrons entering the venue for a ticketed event must possess a valid ticket, regardless of age. Even though it may be possible for a young child to sit in the lap of an adult, the child must still have a ticket. If a child is acting in a way as to distract other patrons or the performers, the accompanying adult must escort the child out of the venue until it is appropriate to re-enter.
Babies are not permitted into performance venues at the Center. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for all audience members and as a courtesy to our visiting artists.
The taking of photographs and the use of laptops, cell phones, audio and/or video recorders during the performance are strictly forbidden. Patrons must comply or they will be asked to surrender such equipment to the House Manager's podium for the duration of the show.
Hearing enhancement devices are available. Please ask the House Manager at the venue for assistance.
Wheelchair seating is available on a limited basis and can be arranged with the Ticket Office directly.
Please note that any signed interpretation requests must allow at least two weeks advance notice in order to make arrangements.
