General Notes

Cal Poly Arts shows are not recommended for children under five years of age, unless otherwise noted.
Tickets will not be mailed within ten days of an event. Instead, such orders will be held at "will call."
On the day of an event, the ticket office will open at noon and close one-half hour after the start of the show.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued, except in cases of event cancellation. Ticket exchange privilege is available to Cal Poly Arts season subscribers and donor levels of $250+ only. Click here for subscriber benefit details.

Children:

All patrons entering the venue for a ticketed event must possess a valid ticket, regardless of age. Even though it may be possible for a young child to sit in the lap of an adult, the child must still have a ticket. If a child is acting in a way as to distract other patrons or the performers, the accompanying adult must escort the child out of the venue until it is appropriate to re-enter.

Babies:

Babies are not permitted into performance venues at the Center. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for all audience members and as a courtesy to our visiting artists.

Electronic Devices:

The taking of photographs and the use of laptops, cell phones, audio and/or video recorders during the performance are strictly forbidden. Patrons must comply or they will be asked to surrender such equipment to the House Manager's podium for the duration of the show.
