Sharing the same passion for music and sharing their lives, the highly acclaimed husband-and-wife duo Shin-Young Lee and Olivier Latry will be featured this season as an organ duet. Performing on one instrument together (with four hands and four feet), this dynamic duo will come together for one night only with a repertoire showcasing classical pieces from over the past five centuries.
Olivier Latry, titular organist of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris since 1985. is widely regarded as one of the world's leading organists. A native of Boulogne-sur-Mer, France, he studied with Gaston Litaize and has taught at the Paris Conservatory since 1995. Renowned for both his interpretations and improvisations, Latry has performed in more than 50 countries and recorded extensively for major labels. A champion of French organ music from the 17th century to the present, he has premiered numerous contemporary works and received many international honors for his artistry and teaching.
Shin-Young Lee is an international artist of profound distinction renowned for her artistic excellence, spiritual depth, and innovative programming combining organ repertoire and her own transcriptions. In 2026, she performed at leading venues including the Paris Philharmonie, Berlin Philharmonie, Vienna Konzerthaus. She has appeared in major concert halls across all five continents and is regularly invited as a soloist with orchestras. Highlights include performances at the 2024 AGO National Convention and appearances at prestigious international festivals worldwide. A regular jury member and masterclass instructor, she has taught at Yale University and the Royal Canadian College of Organists in recent years.
