Grades 4 - 8 | 50-60 Min. | In-School Workshop
This immersive workshop passes the mic to young artists to write an original song as a group. Students will experience fun musical games and activities, and work closely with Alphabet Rockers to collectively write and compose an original song, reflecting the student perspectives on belonging. Program requires minimal pre-engagement activities leading up to the workshop, enabling artists to co-create with participants in a short time frame. If present, educators are encouraged to integrate the song into classroom culture and daily practice.
